The all-new 2018 Kia Forte is loaded with safety technologies, such as systems designed for control and braking. Safety systems include the Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Hill-Start Assist Control (HAC), Electronic Brake-Force Distribution (EBD), the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), the Brake Assist System (BAS), and the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). The Forte also boasts advanced airbags, seat belts, and the Rear-Camera Display.
Available Kia Drive Wise technologies include Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), the Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), the Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS), and the Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS). Other available safety features include Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Change Assist (LCA), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).
